Since the year 1992 I have as my main job developed a server for export of culture and for interaction between the able people in different countries. The developed new medium for art travels along paths and roads to capitals meets people and tells about our existence. The ensemble of instruments is probably unique in the whole world: a unit for living and delivering of information travels between cities and villages.

The modern technology for distributing of information in the ensemble of instruments is united to the method, the interaction of interaction happening in street level. One of the important variations is time: with technology the unit can be in connection with the whole world ignoring time and place. To be everywhere at the same time. Because the unit anyhow travels along roads with the speed of 70 km/h, we operate alongside this virtual real time also in traditional real-time, that is to say in the scale where information, capabilities and skills have transformed between people at all times.

The ensemble of instruments and the ways it is used has a lot of potential to seve culture, trade and business life. To get the full potential of the server research and further development of the everyday use is needed.

To develop the ensemble a team will be brought together during the year 2006. In this team there will be at least a media person and a researcher (for instance culture antropol). The ensemble of this preparing team can be larger than the actual team travelling. At the same time a model will be built, where you can join the journey for the full time or only for shorter periods. This model will be developed in cooperation with international voluntary organizations.

At the same time the server itself must be made ready for a long odyssey and the equipment must be completed. During the year 2006 a mediaplan for the odyssey will be made and for that purpose methods in the net will be built. Also sponsor deals will be negotiated (concerning media, electrical media, and the needs of fuel and energy).

The actual journey between various countries will start at its latest in the autumn of 2007 and will last approximately to the year 2010. The purpose of this odyssey is to update the picture of Finland and to present its choices in live among people. When arriving back to Finland it will have on the other hand aboard capabilities, information and culture all along the odyssey. This odyssey can be compared with a sailing where men travel from town and people, capability culture and information travels aboard. The equipment and the crew will be quite new compared with anything that has been done before.

I will search for grants to develop the server, to gather teams for research and media and to make other preparations during the years 2006 – 2007.
